Remarks:

The first edition of this work contains only the two poems “Tyrol” and “Tirolo.”

Crowley had requested that Soror Estai [Jane Wolfe] oversee the production of this small pamphlet.  He was terribly disappointed in the result as evidenced by his 1 January 1924 diary entry:  “I can never see or write to her again.  What adds to the horror is that she did it with such very good intentions and took such pains and made such sacrifices—and all to blot my fame indelibly with the abomination of vile printing.”4
